A Remote Associate is a bar-admitted, supervised freelance attorney who integrates into your practice and works under your direction, without the overhead of a full-time hire. Hourly is one of the ways to engage one.
Rates are set by experience: entry-level $90–120/hr, five-plus years $120–140/hr, and ten-plus years $160+/hr. You set the gross rate when you post the job, and you re-bill your clients at your own rates.
