With LAWCLERK, the hiring Attorney sets a flat fee price for each project. Our general guideline is to set the flat fee price at 35-40% of the estimated billable value of the work (i.e. how much it would cost your client if you did the work).  If the work is more complicated or your need it back quickly, add a premium to compensate accordingly.
