How do I submit the conflicts list?

After you post a project, you will receive a prompt requiring you to input your client’s name, as well as that of the adverse parties, witnesses, and any other potential conflicts. It is critical that you ensure that the list of conflicts you provide is complete and accurate.  When you select a Lawclerk, the selected Lawclerk will be provided with your list of conflicts and the conflict laws for the states in which you are barred.  The Lawclerk will then be required to confirm that he or she does not have a conflict before the selected Lawclerk is accepted and provided access to the document library or communication portal.  If the Lawclerk has a conflict, the Lawclerk will be rejected and you will be notified to select a different Lawclerk.
