Our marketplace is simple, Attorneys post a discrete legal-related Project, including the flat fee price that will be paid to the Lawclerk and the date the Project is due. Lawclerks then apply for the Projects that interest them and the Attorney posting the project selects the Lawclerk of his or her choice. Once the selected Lawclerk completes the conflicts check and certifies that she does not have any conflicts, the Project will be assigned to the Lawclerk selected by the Attorney.

Attorneys and Lawclerks then communicate and share documents through our secure encrypted platform and we handle payment processing and tax reporting.
