Lawclerk.Legal is a marketplace through which people holding a law degree (we call them Lawclerks) may be engaged in the capacity of a paraprofessional (verses as an attorney) by Attorneys that are admitted to, and in good standing with, their respective state’s bar association, to complete discrete Projects, such as the preparation of memorandums, pleadings, written discovery, and agreements on a flat fee basis.
