I added my bank information for the first time and now I can't log back in
Our payment processing company, Braintree, will sometimes flag accounts and require additional verification that you are in fact you and no one else is using your information. This can be due to a number of reasons. The most frequent are if you have a freeze on your credit or if you have anti-fraud safety measures in place with your financial institution. This is a safety measure taken to prevent any fraudulent activity on our site and to keep our users' information safe. Someone from the LAWCLERK Care Team will contact you when we're notified that your account has been flagged and will try to get your account reactivated.
