LAWCLERK is the marketplace where U.S. law firms hire verified freelance attorneys and AI assistance on demand. Founded in 2018 by three practicing lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada, the platform lets a firm post a job, review applicants, and bring on help for a single brief or an ongoing need without adding salary or overhead.
Every attorney on the platform has their bar admission and good standing confirmed before taking work, and engagements are structured so the hiring firm remains attorney of record and supervises the work throughout. LAWCLERK handles the platform, secure document sharing, and payment. More than 5,000 firms across all 50 states use it, drawing on a network of over 12,000 verified attorneys.
