Job Description:

You will be working under the owner and principal attorney Cody Fullmer. He will mentor and guide you into becoming an even more experienced immigration attorney. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings in the non-detained setting and then some USCIS cases. There may be some detained cases depending on eligibility for bond. We welcome those with experience in immigration litigation and administrative immigration.

Compensation will be determined by your capabilities and level of experience, but the range is $100,000 to $175,000.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in any of the United States.
  • Be in good standing with any applicable Bar Associations.
  • Spanish fluency is required for you to communicate with the majority of our clients. The owner and all staff are fluent in Spanish.

Role and Duties:

  • All our clients are happy, we pride ourselves on this as it makes for a very peaceful work environment. Therefore, you will need to continue to provide kind and caring service.
  • You will communicate often with clients always keeping them informed. Following up with the clients as necessary.
  • You will need to effectively manage your caseload. We have software and processes in place to help you be organized.

  • The expectation is that you work 40 hours a week. However, family is important and we can be flexible and support each other when the need arises.
