How To Use LAWCLERK Part 5: Criminal Law

By Kristin Tyler
November 19, 2019

LAWCLERK was built by lawyers, for lawyers.  We know that your workloads are demanding between meeting with clients, keeping up with deadlines and appearing at court.  That’s why we have built a nationwide network of freelance lawyers you can work with when you need an extra set of hands – whether that’s on a routine on-going basis or as needed.

Our freelance lawyers – we call them Lawclerks – are all U.S. based and come from a wide range of experience.  Some are former judicial clerks with extensive appellate experience, some are former big law attorneys taking time off to care for family, some are even retired attorneys with decades of experience.

Our Lawclerks are here to help busy criminal law attorneys with any written work ranging from a straight forward research memo to a motion to suppress to a complicated appellate brief.  All work is done on a project basis at the flat fee price set by the hiring attorney.

Here are a few examples of recent LAWCLERK projects and the range of flat fees we are seeing for each type of work:

Recent LAWCLERK Projects                                 Range of Flat Fee Prices
